I don’t know if this is a WoW UI issue or ELVUI but I will be just roaming around Valdrakken or even flying around gathering and I get a random cast bar pop up on my screen. I don’t have anyone targeted currently. I have no idea who this random person is or why I’m seeing this spell they are casting. I have tried adjusting every setting I can think of! I’m trying to move my cast bar, the one that controls my mount and I think the same one that shows other actions like professions and attacks? It doesn’t show on ElvUI and I can’t seem to find it anywhere. I only have ElvUI, OmniCC and details.

Still new to Warmane, every version of WoW I've ever played has shown all enemy castbars so that I know what mob needs to be interrupted but I can only see the mob I'm targeting cast in this one. Am I missing something? Is there an addon to change this? I'm currently using Elvui

What are people using for party cast bars ? I like the simplicity of ELVUI but it doesn't have party cast bars. Z-Perl is a little too busy - I can't find an option to turn off player name. I'm not sure if Kui Nameplates is supposed to give an option to replace party and player unit frame but if it is I can't get it working (was a patch updated an hour ago or I may be missing something basic).
